Jerry Dalton, founder of the Myrtle Beach International Film Festival (MBIFF), has created a co-leadership role designating Heather Mayes as Co-Director to drive the festival’s expansion. Celebrating over 20 years of success and remarkable milestones, Dalton sees this as the perfect moment to elevate MBIFF to new heights. “Heather has always embodied the festival’s founding principles,” Dalton said. “Her passion for cinema and commitment to creating a fair platform for all filmmakers make her the ideal person to join me in leading MBIFF forward, honoring the vision that inspired its creation two decades ago.”
