CONWAY, S.C. — On Tuesday, the NCAA revealed the locations and schedules for eight super regional games. The No. 13 Coastal Carolina baseball team is set to face off against No. 4 Auburn in a best-of-three series at Plainsman Park, Auburn’s Baseball Venue.
The games will kick off on Friday, June 6 at 9 p.m. ET, followed by game two on Saturday, June 7 at 3 p.m. If needed, a decisive third game will take place on Sunday at a time to be announced.
Coastal Baseball – Journey to the Super Regionals
Coastal Baseball (51-11) is participating in its fourth Super Regional in program history, while Auburn (41-18) is hosting a Super Regional for the first time. They faced off once before in the 2019 Atlanta Regional, where Auburn secured a 16-7 win.
The victor will progress to the Men’s College World Series, commencing on Friday, June 13th, at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska.
Friday’s game can be viewed on ESPN2 at 9 p.m.
