The center was established in 2022, at the height of Biden’s broken border policies. Tens of thousands of Brazilian immigrants have since flooded the Myrtle Beach area. The NGO has a corresponding office in Brazil which directs immigrants through Orlando on to their final destination in Myrtle Beach.
