Jennifer Spivey Foley Lawyer made contributions of $4,800 to elected officials asking for Shooting case to be re-opened

The sister of a deceased man shot on Camp Swamp road hired Natasha Hanna and Mark Tinsley to represent her. Finance campaign records show one Jennifer Spivey Foley Lawyer paid $4,800.00 in campaign contributions to elected officials who either asked the Governor, Attorney General, or SLED to re-open the Weldon Boyd/Scott Spivey case.

Natasha Hanna is the Jennifer Spivey Foley Lawyer who made those campaign contributions.

Similar to Dennis DiSabato, Real Estate closings and Real Estate Law are key practices at the Hanna Law firm. The Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors is the most politically influential entity in Horry County.

Tourism brings in $3 billion annually. Real Estate is a $30 billion industry in Horry County. Candidates fill out a Policy for Political Candidate Screening form from CCAR which often determines their chances of getting elected.

The Real Estate profession runs Horry County politically. Practically everyone at the CCAR knows the name Natasha Hanna.

Much has been made by the Jennifer Spivey Foley Lawyer team about a $400 campaign contribution made by Attorney Ken Moss. Considering the influence of the CCAR and Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Ken Moss has little influence in all things Horry County.

At her address to Horry County Council, Jennifer Spivey Foley made no mention of the $4,800.00 her own lawyer paid Horry County Councilmen and Horry County elected local state delegation members.

Yet, Horry County Councilman Dennis DiSabato, who took a campaign contribution from Natasha Hanna, had the audacity to post this over the weekend.

MyrtleBeachSC News will be dropping an article later today, showing a blatant history of ongoing corruption in the Horry County Police Department, as well as, incompetent leadership in the agency.

Our news team has directly asked Horry County Council and their chairman to dismantle the Horry County Police Department and bring it under resident rule. rather than a bureaucratic Horry County Administrator.

Putting the department under an elected Sheriff would make the department directly accountable to Horry County voters. There are 46 counties in S.C. Only the arrogance of Horry County Council allows such an ongoing, non accountable form of policing in the state.

Perhaps, the smokescreen was actually the social media post by Horry County Councilman Dennis DiSabato

Mark Tinsely, Jennifer Foley’s other attorney is among the most connected and influential attorneys in S.C. He is famous for taking down the former President of the S.C. Trial Lawyers, Alex Murdaugh.

When Tinsely’s team makes a call, groups as far away from South Carolina as the Wall Street Journal of NY take his call.

Here is the complete list with amounts of each elected official connected to this request who directly took campaign contributions from Natasha Hanna
