American Conservative Voices Founder, Linda McHugh, has just announced that South Carolina’s newest Republican 1st Solicitor Pascoe is headed our way.
Solicitor Pascoe and Treasurer Curtis Loftis are headed to Myrtle Beach on May 20th.
“1st Circuit Solicitor David Pascoe, S.C. Treasurer Curtis Loftis and others will be our guest speakers on May 20, 2025. It’s time to pull the curtain back on Columbia’s swamp and let the sunshine shine,” said McHugh.
Solicitor Pascoe and Treasurer Curtis Loftis will be speaking at an American Conservative Voices meeting held at Ignite Church. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and everyone is invited to attend.
Ignite Church is located in Myrtle Beach at: 4808 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
Both David Pascoe and Treasurer Loftis have been making headlines this April and May.
Solicitor Pascoe, a life-long law and order agent for reform, switched to the Republican Party in April.
Treasurer Curtis Loftis also made news in April during what amounted to a Senate Witch Hunt lead by Senator Larry Grooms, Stephen Goldfinch, and Luke Rankin. Just today, S.C. Speaker of the House, Murrell Smith said he refused to waste the S.C. House’s time on continuing the Witch Hunt.
Solicitor Pascoe and Treasurer Loftis are expected to share their views on the necessary reforms to make South Carolina a state that is most beneficial for its residents.
About Solicitor Pascoe
David Pascoe became the First Judicial Circuit’s Solicitor after being elected and officially sworn in on January 14, 2005. This circuit includes Orangeburg, Calhoun, and Dorchester Counties.
Upon completing his studies at The Citadel in 1989 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993, Solicitor Pascoe embarked on his legal career. He started as a State Prosecutor at both the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office and the Attorney General’s Office. In his role as an Assistant State Prosecutor, he effectively presented more than one hundred violent crime cases to juries statewide. Additionally, his prosecution of a murder trial without the victim’s body, gained recognition on Court TV.
Solicitor David Pascoe has devoted his professional life to combating crime and seeking justice, a commitment he upholds in his role as the Solicitor for the First Judicial Circuit.
About SC Treasurer Curtis Loftis
Major Accomplishments
Treasurer Loftis has given back over $365 million in unclaimed funds to South Carolinians since he assumed office in 2011, which is three times the total amount returned by all former state treasurers combined.
Treasurer Loftis has overseen considerable expansion in Future Scholar, the state’s 529 college savings program, currently having over 230,000 account holders and managing assets exceeding $6.5 billion.
