A waterfront home on Lake Keowee has been listed for sale for $12 million.
Situated on 1.75 acres at 132 Mountain Shore Trail in Six Mile, the more than 9,600-square-foot, three-story home was built in 2013. Its features include six bedrooms, seven baths, a five and half car garage, a game room with a pool table and sectional sofa, a craft room, an elevator, a generator, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, a wine cellar and a heated saltwater pool.
David Vandeputte of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.
The house is being sold with all the furniture and appliances included as well as two boats, a 25-foot Barletta tri-toon boat and a 27-foot Cobalt bowrider.
“There is nothing like 132 Mountain Shore in the Upstate,” Herlong said. “The property is one of a kind with unrivaled sunrise, sunset and mountain views. These owners have built seven homes over the tears and they perfected the process with this one; they’ve thought of everything.”
This property is slated to break the record sales price for an Upstate private residence, which was last broken in 2022, when Joan Herlong sold a home in Belle Terre for $9 million.
